Lifetime Contracts

I think there should be some employees that earn a lifetime contract. They should only be able to have this once the employee has worked more than they have been asked for and continue to do the same if not more than before. These lifetime contracts could benefit the employer if they continue to work there in an efficient manner, but if the person thinks it is now okay to slack off since the money is guaranteed, then the company will be losing money.
